angular9 npm new 失败

使用 npm new xxx 新建项目，出现 setTimeout is not defined 错误
百度找到文章： angular创建项目报错：setTimeout is not defined
得知是 cnpm install 安装 @angular/cli 的原因。
于是卸载重新使用 npm 安装了 @angular/cli 后好了。
